Conjuring In High Places – The D.C. Capitol Prayer

Before I was saved, I was heavily into the occult, and the prayer offered by Emanuel Cleaver over the 117th Congress was an occult ceremony.

Updated August 21, 2021

In the world we live in, where news is considered “old” when it was first read yesterday, this post may seem a little late.  It’s important to understand the profound effect that this 3-minute prayer had on the Capitol riots and how it set this nation up for a big fall that’s coming sooner than we think.

Many people, including Christians, view the occult as things that happen “over there” but not here.  Hollywood and the media often water down the real dangers of demons and occult ceremonies.  As a person who was into the occult in a very heavy way before I was saved – conjuring, astral-projecting to curse others, and directing blood rituals to bring about demons — I can tell you that the prayer that Emanuel Cleaver gave over the 117th Congress on January 3, 2021, was a ceremony to instill a demon, as well as strengthen an already powerful Satanic foothold within America.

To most of you, this sounds like lunacy.  People were too focused on the “Amen & Awoman” part – which got the press – but ignored the very real signs of what truly happened.  I’ll break this down into four main groups, the location, the ceremony, the god (demon) invoked, and the consequences that occurred and will occur.

The D.C. Capitol – a “high place”

The phrase “high place” within the context of the Bible refers to temples that were used to conduct ceremonies and worship pagan gods/idols that were usually built on high hills/mountains (Numbers 33:52; Leviticus 26:30).  While we might think of these high places being consigned only to the Old Testament, I can assure you that they are in existence today.

The D.C. Capitol was built on what was formally known as “Jenkins Hill.”  While it may not be as high as you might envision an Old Testament pagan temple, it is technically in a high place.  Going back to its origins, Capitol Hill – the naming of it – was named after the pagan god Jupiter.

“While serving in 1793 as President George Washington’s Secretary of State, Thomas Jefferson named Capitol Hill, invoking the famous Temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus on the Capitoline Hill, one of the seven hills of Rome. However, the connection between the two is not completely clear.” ~Capitol Hill. (2021). Retrieved 15 February 2021, from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capitol_Hill

This modern-day high place has its religion (politics), its ceremonies (laws, rules of order), its “priests/priestesses (politicians)”, its imagery, and its idols.  By all accounts, the Washington D.C. Capitol building fits the Biblical definition of a high place/pagan temple.

The prayer

As I previously stated, most of the media and citizens focused on Cleaver’s “Amen and Awoman” portion and missed the portion of his prayer that warped and twisted scripture.

As a Methodist minister within a denomination that is quite liberal, Emanuel Cleaver played the part of the high priest.  In the clip below, you will hear him NOT invoke the God of the Bible.  Instead, he invoked the Hindu god Brahma.  Watch the clip and you will hear it at the 2:25 mark below:

The prayer was bad enough, but Emanuel Cleaver also warped ‭‭Numbers‬ ‭6:24-26, which reads:

“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.”
‭‭Numbers‬ ‭6:24-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This passage (prayer) was meant to set God over the nation of Israel.

“And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.”
‭‭Numbers‬ ‭6:27‬ ‭KJV

The “good” revered twisted scripture to instill a pagan god over this congress and this nation.

The god

Brahma is the Hindu god of creation and the creator of the four Vedas, some of the oldest texts in Sanskrit.  In the pantheistic Kutsayana Hymn, the Upanishad asserts that one’s Soul is Brahman, and this Ultimate Reality, Cosmic Universal or God is within each living being. It equates the Atman (Soul, Self) within to be Brahma and various alternate manifestations of Brahman, as follows, “Thou art Brahma, thou art Vishnu, thou art Rudra (Shiva), thou art Agni, Varuna, Vayu, Indra, thou art All.”  Sounds like something a lot of New Age/Progressive Christianity people say and think.

Of course, Brahma is nothing more than a principality (demon – Ephesians 6:12).

The consequences of the prayer

The prayer given just days before the capitol riot is part and parcel of playing around with things you shouldn’t even mess with.  The whole thing was a Satanic ceremony that opened the floodgates to demonic forces that affected everyone nearby.  As of the writing of this article, there is still heated division – more so than usual – on both sides of the aisle.  The demonic forces that were “approved” by the governing bodies set in motion – in my opinion – a slew of executive orders that have taken this country back to where it was before Trump and have, most likely, set the course of this once great nation on a prophesized course.  The things that are going on in D.C. are the same as what happened in Ezekiel’s day (read Ezekiel 8 for reference):

We had a 4-year “pause,” in which we had time to get our act together as a nation, but we yielded to gods and idols, listening to false prophets (Deuteronomy 13:1-3), and I truly think that God is about to leave this nation as He left the Temple when the abominations were so detestable (Ezekiel 10).

We must think beyond America

It saddens me to say that we – as Christians – must begin to think beyond America, as I truly believe that it has been handed over to the temporary ruler of this world.  We must remember the Great Commission, the promises of God, and look neither right nor left but straight into the face of God through Jesus Christ.  We are in a “last great push,” and we can’t be distracted by the news, media, conspiracies, politics, or anything worldly.

Remember, brothers and sisters in Christ, we lose here (on Earth), but we’ve already won in the important things.
