“Don’t Dream It’s Over” always had a melancholy vib for me and it always reminds me of good times during high school.
Don’t Dream It’s Over was one of my high school songs that seemed to follow me through those years. In looking at the lyrics I can honestly say that I was drawn to the melody. It’s just one of those instances that I can’t explain, but this song brings back happy and sad memories for me. The tune is a uniquely 80s song that will forever be in my mind.
