Singing In The Rain seemed an appropriate song on this rainy Saturday evening under the overpass. I think Gene Kelly would have danced while I was singing.
Singing In The Rain was part of the lineup on TCM (Turner Classic Movies) that my wife was watching on a Saturday evening in the Wimer household. I was wondering what I would sing for today and Gene Kelly just gave me the inspiration I needed. While it was raining, I did not do the wonderful dancing he did as,..well, I’m not a dancer at all, not to mention that if I tried, I would have tripped and gotten flattened by a truck.
