Oh, How I Love Jesus was one of those “in the nick of time” songs as I almost forgot about singing day 306.
Oh, How I Love Jesus was a song that came immediately in my head at 10:50 p.m. while I was trying to go to sleep! You would think that after doing this for close to a year that I would not forget, but there are days that it comes pretty darn close to the wire, which is today. It’s a quarter after 11:00 and I have yet to upload this performance to YouTube. While performing it, there was a cop that suddenly came out of nowhere. I wonder what was going on?
Only 59 days left…
Lyrics:
There is a name I love to hear,
I love to sing its worth;
It sounds like music in mine ear,
The sweetest name on earth.
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Because He first loved me!
It tells me of a Savior’s love,
Who died to set me free;
It tells me of His precious blood,
The sinner’s perfect plea.
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Because He first loved me!
It tells of One whose loving heart
Can feel my deepest woe,
Who in each sorrow bears a part
That none can bear below.
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Because He first loved me!
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Oh, how I love Jesus,
Because He first loved me!
